With the arrival of spring, we are implementing a new practice of Regular Property Inspections/Site Visits. Over the next several weeks, we will be making interior and exterior property inspections to ensure everyone is maintaining their property according to each lease. If you have any changes in status of pets or who is living in your property and not on the lease, we need to know about those items. As we schedule these inspections, we will notify you AT LEAST 2 days in advance. If you are not home at the scheduled time, we will use our keys to gain entry into your home. And, should you have pets, please make sure they are caged so we do not disturb them when we visit.
Also, if you are in violation of any of the terms of your lease, you will be given ample time to correct the violation(s). If not, we will take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the property and to ensure our owners that their properties are being maintained to our "HIGHER STANDARDS OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" and cared for properly.
We are obligated to our owners to make sure their properties are being maintained in the proper manner by each and tenant that is on the lease. If you need a copy of your lease or have questions about anything other than rent, you may call our offices or send us an email.
