A Few Tips To Keep Your Home Safe And Functional

During Bad Weather

  • Make sure all water hoses are disconnected from outdoor spigots
  • Open cabinet doors below sinks to allow more heat around the pipes
  • Leave faucets dripping to prevent the lines from freezing
  • If you go out of town, DO NOT turn off the heat
  • If you adjust the temperature on the thermostat, only change it by 2 degrees at a time, up or down. Changing by more all at once can cause the heat to STOP working
